In preparation for your first delivery you or your carer will be contacted by your patient care coordinator to confirm a convenient installation date. They will explain how our service works and answer any questions you may have.

Your hospital clinical team will prescribe your medicines and this will determine the frequency of your deliveries.

We provide 2 hour windows for all deliveries and have a text reminder service should you wish to use it. For more information about this service please contact your patient care coordinator or complete our contact form.

If you plan on going on holiday please contact your patient care coordinator 3 weeks before a UK holiday and 6 weeks before an overseas holiday so we can reschedule your delivery and ensure a smooth process. You should always inform your clinical team at the hospital if you are planning to travel.
