We are delighted to be able to share that in December 2023 we retained our CSE accreditation for the 6th year in succession.
Customer Service Excellence (CSE) is awarded by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), and focuses in great depth on areas that are a priority for our customers, such as delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism, and staff attitude. There is also emphasis placed on developing customer insight, understanding the user’s experience and robust measurement of service satisfaction underpinned by the culture of the organisation.
The assessor took time to speak to our patients, customers, and partners, to ensure the submission was factual and more importantly to ensure that our patients and customers experience excellence from the service they receive. The assessor received nothing but positive feedback against our service and the staff managing their accounts and care, both from our NHS customers and our patients.
We will be re-audited in December 2024, and it is out intention to keep retaining this award for as long as we can!
